- Can I do this if I travel / work long hours? 100%. Most of our women do. This is built for your messy, real life.
- What if I have no time to work out? We work with what you have. Even 3 walks a week is a start.
- Do I need fancy supplements? No. If needed, we’ll guide you — but no pressure to buy anything.
